Li Shears is a jewelry designer who has a passion for self-expression through adornment. Her designs are often noted for their simplicity, elegance, and technique. 

Her observation of style, lines and color comes from a variety of professional positions she’s held over the years. Her background includes working with American couture designer John Anthony, working in publishing, and as a showroom model for prominent European designers Barbara Bui and Martin Margiela in their US showrooms.

Li has had training in jewelry design at the School of Visual Arts, and as a photographer at the International School of Photography, but remains self-taught relying on her inner vision to guide her. As well as being influenced by art, she finds her friends, family and walking the vibrant streets of New York City are the strongest influences of all.
